Antony's martial arts background starts in elementary school. He was bullied and the bullying made Antony think about ways to defend himself against the bullies. Antony's father had studied self-defense in his youth, and he gave Antony a book about Jiu-Jitsu which he started practicing with some friends. Later, his father took Antony to a Jiu-Jitsu club in Oslo. Antony went on to other martial arts clubs in karate, kickboxing and MMA in Norway and Asia. Antony has put together a technique called "Yogi-Jitsu" which mainly consists of Yoga, Jiu Jitsu, Karate and Thai boxing. The purpose of Yogi-Jitsu is to create a technique that quickly puts the opponent out of action, without causing serious injury to the opponent. The purpose of yoga is to soften the body, so that you can more easily and flexibly perform the self-defense techniques that you learn through Yogi-Jitsu.
